Ayurveda
is a Sanskrit term, made up of the words "ayus"
and "veda." "Ayus" means life and "Veda"
means knowledge or science. The term "ayurveda"
thus means 'the knowledge of life' or 'the
science of life'.
YOGA
The word
Yoga
means ‘unity’ or ‘oneness’ and is derived
from the Sanskrit word ‘yuj’ which means ‘to
join’. It works on all aspects of the
person: the physical, mental, emotional,
psychic and spiritual.
